Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy of Cloth Nappy Nerds.

In this document, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Cloth Nappy Nerds.

This privacy notice and below cookie policy aims to inform you about how we collect and process any information that we collect from you, or that you provide to us. It covers information that could identify you (“personal information”) and information that could not. In the context of the law and this notice, “process” means collect, store, transfer, use or otherwise act on information. It tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. Our policy is not just an exercise in complying with the law, but a continuation of our respect for you and your personal information.

Except as set out below, we do not share, or sell, or disclose to a third party, any information collected through our website.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.clothnappynerds.com (the “Site”).

We hold any information obtained about our customers in the strictest confidence. No personally identifiable information (such as a name or an email address) from visitors to our website is used for any other purpose than during the placement of a wholesale order (later referred to as “order”) or to send you our newsletter if you make the decision to subscribe.

We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information that is provided to us through ordering and communication processes to third parties.

We store statistical information derived from the orders placed on our website to analyse the productivity of our organisation and enhance the service we provide to our customers. Statistical information is collected from visitors to this website in order to monitor traffic trends. We do not associate this data with any personally identifiable information that you might provide to us in any way.

We may from time to time notify you of special discounts, new products etc, available to our internet customers unless requested not to do so.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Additionally, when you make a wholesale order or attempt to make a wholesale order through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When you subscribe to our newsletter we use this information to communicate with you about updates, new products and special offers, new stockists and general Bells Bumz news. We refer to this information as “Communication Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information and also any Communication information to:

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records so long as you remain a customer, and for 6 years after your last order, unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
